International Game Technology (IGT) has signed a contract for the acquisition of a gambling provider and third-party game aggregator iSoftBet for $174.1 in cash. The main purpose is to add new gambling products to the library. Moreover, this deal will improve third-party games’ sharing and add new data tools. More news is on the GBC Time website.

IGT chief executive Vince Sadusky is sure that this deal will provide more qualified gaming content in the industry and update the advertisement opportunities. IGT PlayDigital is aimed at the confident development in the digitalization and improving the content for the customers.

The company also counts on the competitive status growth based on the high-qualified service in Europe and North America.

This deal was signed right after the IGT signed a contract of selling its payment business based in Italy – Patrimonio Destinato, in February 2022.
